Shubman Gill Clears the Air on Dating Rumors

Cricket star Shubman Gill is setting the record straight about his love life. In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, the Gujarat Titans captain spoke openly about the constant rumors linking him to various celebrities.

Gill, who has been rumored to have dated Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara and Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan in the past, laughed off the speculation. He stated that he’s been single for over three years and finds some of the rumors so outlandish that he’s never even met the people they claim he’s dating!

The busy cricketer explained that his focus is entirely on his career. With a demanding travel schedule and training regimen, he simply doesn’t have the time for a relationship.

Gill also opened up about how he tunes out the noise on the field. He shared that when he’s in the zone, the chants and cheers from the crowd simply fade away. His entire concentration is on the game at hand.

Earlier this year, Gill celebrated a major victory as part of India’s Champions Trophy-winning team. He described the experience as incredibly special, especially sharing it with teammates like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.

Currently, Gill is leading the Gujarat Titans in the IPL, where they are currently leading the points table. Next up, they’ll face off against the Rajasthan Royals on Monday, April 28th.
