Cristiano Ronaldo proved he’s still got it, scoring another goal to help Al Nassr cruise to a 4-1 victory over Yokohama F. Marinos in the AFC Champions League quarterfinals.

The match took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which is hosting the rest of the tournament, including the exciting semifinals and the grand finale on May 3rd.

From the get-go, Al Nassr was on fire! Jhon Durán, the big-money signing from Aston Villa, put them ahead early in the game with a close-range goal. Sadio Mané, the former Liverpool star, followed up just a few minutes later with a powerful shot, making it 2-0.

And then, the moment everyone was waiting for: Ronaldo! After the Yokohama goalkeeper fumbled a shot, Ronaldo was right there to pounce and score his eighth goal of the tournament. Talk about timing! This was Ronaldo’s 33rd goal of the season across all competitions.

Al Nassr will now face either Al Sadd of Qatar or Kawasaki Frontale of Japan in the semifinals. That’s going to be a tough match, but after this impressive win, Al Nassr fans are definitely feeling optimistic about their chances of winning their first-ever continental title.
