To ensure smooth traffic flow during the Maharashtra Day Parade at Shivaji Park in Dadar, the Mumbai Traffic Police has issued a handy traffic advisory. Here’s what you need to know to avoid any traffic headaches:
Road Closures: Buckle Up for Some Detours
Mark these roads off your itinerary between 6 am and 12 pm on May 1st:
- Keluskar Road South
- Keluskar Road North
One-Way Traffic & Restricted Entry: Plan Your Route Carefully
Heads up, drivers! Here are some key changes to watch out for:
- SK Bole Road will be one-way from Siddhivinayak Junction to Portuguese Church Junction.
- No entry for vehicles from Siddhivinayak Junction to Yes Bank Junction on Swatantraveer Savarkar Road. Drivers heading to South Mumbai from Yes Bank Junction will need to take a left turn and travel via Pandurang Naik Road.
No Parking Zones: Park Smartly
Keep these roads clear for smooth traffic flow:
- Keluskar Road South and North
- Pandurang Naik Road
- NC Kelkar Road (from Gadkari Chowk to Kotwal Garden)
