Amit Shah’s Maharashtra Tour: Key Events in Nagpur, Nanded, and Mumbai

Amit Shah’s Maharashtra Tour: A Focus on Healthcare and Education
Home Minister Amit Shah landed in Maharashtra on Tuesday, kicking off a whirlwind tour that will see him participate in key events across three cities: Nagpur, Nanded, and Mumbai.
Nagpur: Laying the Foundation for Progress
In Nagpur, Shah’s agenda focuses on healthcare and education. He’ll be laying the foundation stone for ‘Swasti Nivas’, a new guest house at the National Cancer Institute in Jamtha. This signifies the government’s commitment to improving the infrastructure and resources available at the institute.
Later in the day, Shah will also be inaugurating the temporary campus of the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) and laying the foundation stone for its permanent campus at Chincholi in Kamthi taluka. This move underscores the importance the government places on building a strong forensic science infrastructure in the country.
Nanded and Mumbai: What’s Next?
Shah’s tour will continue to Nanded and Mumbai, where he is expected to attend other significant events. While the details of these events are yet to be released, they are likely to be focused on strengthening the BJP’s presence in these key regions.
