Targets within Pakistan
The Indian government also announced that missile strikes targeted terror facilities in Bahawalpur, a stronghold of JeM, and Muridke, known for its Lashkar-e-Taiba base.
The ‘Operation Sindoor’ comes as a direct response to the escalating threat from terrorist groups operating in Pakistan and PoJK. These attacks highlight the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan and the complex security situation in the region.
