Illegal Structures Razed in Puppalaguda: HYDRAA Cracks Down on Encroachment
HYDRAA, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, took action against illegal construction in the Dollar Hills layout of Puppalaguda, Ranga Reddy district, on Monday.
This demolition followed complaints from Dollar Hills plot owners who alleged that roads and a park within the layout were being encroached upon and illegally built upon.
Commissioner Inspects Site, Confirms Violations
HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath visited the site on May 14th in response to these complaints. He met with residents from nearby residential colonies who also reported issues with road encroachment. After a thorough investigation and listening to both sides of the story, the Commissioner confirmed that the constructions lacked proper permissions.
Demolition Orders Issued and Executed
Based on the findings, orders were issued for the demolition of the illegal structures. Local officials carried out the Commissioner’s orders and successfully demolished the encroachments on Monday.
