Drone Attack on Jammu Airport Sparks Panic and Power Outage

Jammu, India – Panic gripped the city of Jammu late Thursday evening as sounds resembling blasts were heard near the heavily guarded airport. Officials confirmed that Pakistani drones were spotted in the vicinity, leading to a tense situation.
Initial reports suggested that the airport, which also houses an Indian Air Force station, may be under attack. The city plunged into darkness shortly after two powerful explosions were heard, prompting widespread concern.
Indian Forces Respond
However, Indian security forces swiftly responded to the threat. Officials stated that counter-measures were immediately initiated, and several Pakistani drones were successfully downed by the Indian anti-drone system.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing one drone dropping something outside the airport perimeter.
