A dramatic incident unfolded in Kedarnath, India, on Saturday, May 17th, as an air ambulance carrying a doctor, a pilot, and a medical staff member crashed during landing.

The helicopter, en route from AIIMS Rishikesh to Kedarnath, suffered a catastrophic tail failure mid-descent. Thankfully, all three passengers walked away from the crash unharmed.

Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey confirmed to ANI that the helicopter crash-landed due to damage to its rear part, emphasizing that all passengers are safe. The exact cause of the tail damage is still under investigation.
