Akhilesh Addresses Controversial SP Comment on Deputy CM

Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav has vowed to prevent similar incidents from occurring after an objectionable comment was made by a party member about Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak.

While acknowledging that the statements might hold some personal relevance to Pathak, Akhilesh emphasized that they were utterly unacceptable in terms of dignity and decency.

He stated, ‘Those statements may seem appropriate at Pathak’s personal level, but they cannot be justified in any way ‘on the scale of dignity and decency.’
