The bill targets various clean energy initiatives, including:
- Eliminating funding for clean energy projects initially supported by the Inflation Reduction Act.
- Repealing grants aimed at reducing air pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting the adoption of electric heavy-duty vehicles.
