Nysa Devgan, daughter of Bollywood superstars Kajol and Ajay Devgn, has been in the spotlight lately. Her stylish looks often go viral, and recently, fashion designer Manish Malhotra shared some gorgeous photos of her in a stunning lehenga, fueling speculation about a possible Bollywood debut.
Manish Malhotra captioned the post, “Nysa Cinema Awaits you @nysadevgan stunning in our #Evara collection handwoven brocade lehanga with intricate Embrodiery by indian artisans.” Fans went wild, with comments like, “Very beautiful! Can’t wait for another Kajol era!” and “Absolutely stunning… a photocopy of you, @kajol.” Nysa’s friend Orry even chimed in, “Can’t wait for your debut @nysadevgan.”
Kajol Sets the Record Straight
But hold on! Just this month, Kajol cleared the air at the News18 Rising Bharat Summit 2025. She revealed that Nysa has decided against following in her and Ajay’s footsteps and has no immediate plans to join the film industry.
“Bilkul nahi..no, I think..wo 22 saal ki ho gayi hai..hone wali hai abhi.. I think she has made up her mind that ki nahi aane wali hai abhi,” Kajol explained.
Kajol’s Next Big Thing
While Nysa may not be making her acting debut anytime soon, Kajol is keeping busy. She’s gearing up for her next release, “Maa,” a mythological horror drama directed by Vishal Furia. The film, slated to hit theaters on June 27, 2025, also stars Ronit Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma.
