Kartik Aaryan is having a moment! The talented actor, who starred in two very different films in 2024 – the biographical sports drama ‘Chandu Champion’ and the horror-comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ – has just been awarded Best Actor at the Zee Cine Awards for both!

This double win is a rare feat for any actor, and Kartik took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his excitement. He posted a series of pictures showcasing his two awards, writing, “Samajh rahe ho na (Can you imagine) !! Critics aur Popular dono jeet gaya (Won both Critics and Popular choice)”

He went on to express his gratitude, calling it a “rare moment in an actor’s life.”

The Zee Cine Awards were a night to remember for Kartik. Besides winning the coveted awards, he also danced to his hit song from ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and took to the stage with Ananya Panday for a memorable performance.

In ‘Chandu Champion,’ directed by Kabir Khan, Kartik portrayed Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. The film traced Petkar’s remarkable journey, highlighting his triumphs and challenges as a champion athlete.

Kartik then showcased his comedic talent in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,’ reprising his role as Rooh Baba. The horror-comedy, directed by Anees Bazmee, also starred Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri. ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ proved to be a box office success, beating out Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’ during the Diwali release.
