Rimigo: AI Startup Makes Vacation Planning a Breeze

Vacation Planning Gets a Tech Makeover with Rimigo’s AI Power
Have you ever felt overwhelmed planning a vacation? Rimigo, a new travel tech startup, wants to make that stress disappear. They’ve just landed $550,000 in pre-seed funding to help them bring their AI-powered vacation planning platform to the world.
Rimigo is all about simplifying international travel. Imagine telling the platform where you want to go and what kind of trip you’re looking for – then, bam! Rimigo creates a personalized itinerary complete with flight recommendations, accommodations, dining options, and even fun activities. No more sifting through endless websites or feeling lost in the planning process.
This Bengaluru-based startup is already making waves. They’ve successfully organized over 50 vacations during their beta phase and have another 70 in the works. Users are raving about the ease and personalization Rimigo offers.
Leading the funding round was Reazon Capital from Japan, along with SGgrow. The round also saw investments from some big names in the Indian startup scene, including S Ramadorai (former CEO of TCS), Ravi Nigam (former MD of Tasty Bite Eatables), Shashank Deshpande (MD of Pentathlon Ventures), and Ujjwal Jain (CEO of Share.Market).
With this fresh injection of cash, Rimigo plans to expand its team of travel and technology experts, further develop their AI-driven platform, and make personalized vacation planning accessible to everyone.
This isn’t the first time these entrepreneurs have made a splash. They previously co-founded GigIndia, a freelance platform that was acquired by fintech giant PhonePe in 2022. Rimigo seems poised to follow in GigIndia’s footsteps and revolutionize the way we travel.
