Border Closures and Rising Tensions

Things are tense between India and Pakistan right now. After a terror attack in Pahalgam, India shut down the Attari border, a major crossing point between the two countries. This move has caused a lot of upheaval, with many Pakistani nationals who were in India given just 48 hours to pack up and leave.

Many of these Pakistanis are understandably upset. They feel caught in the crossfire, saying that innocent people shouldn’t have to pay the price for the actions of a few.

A Helping Hand From Iran?

Amidst this escalating situation, Iran has stepped in, offering to mediate between India and Pakistan. It’s a hopeful sign that diplomacy might be able to ease the tensions and find a peaceful solution.
